Months have passed since the X-Men defeated Magneto and locked him in a seemingly impossible plastic room. One day, a revolutionary named Nightcrawler enters the White House and tries to assassinate the president, paving the way for anti-rebellion by the government. This time, Logan is trying to find his past.

As a professor named William Stryker discovers a secret Professor's school with Cerebro, Magneto's partner, Mystique, plans to release his leader from prison. But when Professor X's school was attacked by the forces of Sryker, Logan, Rogue, Iceman and a few, they were lucky enough to escape.
